Accounting Transactions and Accounting Revision

With the accounting services we provide through Vezin SMMM AŞ within our group, especially to foreign companies in the form of outsourcing, keeping accounting records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law, preparing tax returns, accounting procedures, developments in tax, labor law and other legislation related to business. It is forwarded to the relevant company in the form of a circular report.

 

In addition to outsourcing accounting services, as Vezin Group, we also provide the following services within the scope of revision of accounting transactions carried out within the relevant company;

 

Determining the compliance of accounting records with generally accepted accounting principles and VUK,

Ensuring that legal books comply with VUK and Turkish Commercial Code (TTK),

Preparation of Tax Returns or control of declarations prepared by the company,

All kinds of accounting and tax consultancy.
